“My name is Ciara and I am a yoga teacher trainer and mentor. I met Lara in October 2022 when she came to complete her Yoga Teacher Training at my yoga school in Spain. She was an absolute delight to teach from the very beginning. She recorded a documentary film about her experience on the yoga teacher training during her 1 month stay with us which is awesome because she was able to really capture the essence of what it is that we teach and share at our school.
During the creation of this film Lara was very organised and I am still very impressed that she was able to create this whilst completing a yoga teacher training which is notoriously intense. She was very prompt with her filming schedule, was considerate in gaining permission from her fellow classmates and made sure that she didn't interrupt the flow or the authenticity of the experience whilst filming.
As a result of seeing that film, I asked Lara to do some film editing work for me as a part of my online group coaching programme for yoga teachers. We’ve been working together for the last couple of months on that project, and my experience with Lara has been amazing. She is super organised and is very diligent in her work. She asks plenty of questions to make sure that she doesn't miss any details.
She has been very consistent in her work ethic, and she has an efficient turnaround time for the film edits. She is on the ball in terms of communication, and she is has been very receptive to my feedback and ready to make edits whenever I've needed them. She has a wonderful creative flair, and she's put together a great YouTube intro and outro for me which I absolutely love. I am so, so grateful for the work that Lara has provided, because I wouldn't have been able to do this project without her. So in summary, Lara is a little slice of heaven. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very attentive to the details and has a great creative vision with the practical pieces like quick turn around time to support it.
